I prioritise solving for user outcomes, not just building more features. I promote lean discovery methods, using collaborative assumption mapping, ideation and rapid testing to validate the biggest risks.
My leadership style is centered on mentorship. I love helping designers grow, providing them with the support, feedback, and autonomy they need to thrive and take ownership of complex projects.
I facilitate cross-functional workshops such as opportunity mapping to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. I coordinate with Product Leads to surface known user problems identified through regular research.
I frame opportunities as HMW statements to spark divergent thinking. Through assumption mapping, we identify high-risk unknowns early, ensuring a breadth of solutions are explored before committing to a single path.
I lead lean validation cycles with Research to test our riskiest assumptions. This includes prototyping and usability testing, allowing us to iterate based on real behaviour and refine the experience for high-fidelity delivery.

I lead a multidisciplinary team steering the strategic design direction for initiatives across the full user lifecycle. This includes building and optimising experiences across multiple platforms including web, iOS and Android.
I drive the end-to-end process from discovery and testing to UI design and delivery, facilitating cross-functional workshops to align teams. My focus is on delivering customer outcomes that balance growth with regulatory requirements, while leveraging AI daily to accelerate my workflow.
